3. Authenticity & Collectible Product Disclaimer

Capital Collectiverse sells only authentic products sourced through authorized distributors, reputable suppliers, or verified channels.

For Trading Card Game (TCG) products:

Pull rates are not guaranteed.
Factory defects, print lines, centering variations, minor manufacturing inconsistencies, or packaging variations are not considered defects.
Contents of randomized products such as booster packs, booster boxes, tins, collection boxes, and similar sealed products are determined entirely by the manufacturer.

We do not guarantee specific cards, rarities, or pull outcomes.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

We reserve the right to:

Accept or reject any order.
Limit quantities.
Cancel orders affected by pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, suspected fraud, or other operational issues.

If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

Orders become final once they have entered processing or fulfillment stages.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on the website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).

Prices may change without notice.

Customers agree to provide accurate billing and payment information when placing orders.

For imported products, minor cosmetic wear to external packaging caused during international transportation may occur and shall not be considered product damage.
