Capital Collectiverse is a trading brand owned and operated by Aspyra Ecommerce LLP. We strive to ensure every customer receives authentic products and a reliable collecting experience. Please review the following policy before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
We offer a 15-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be in the same condition in which it was received.

Be unused, unopened, and free from any signs of wear, damage, or tampering.

Include all original packaging, shrink-wrap, seals, inserts, promotional materials, and accessories.

Be accompanied by valid proof of purchase.
Trading Card Game (TCG) Products
Due to the collectible and randomized nature of trading card products, all sealed Pokémon, One Piece, Dragon Ball, and other TCG products must remain factory sealed and untampered.
Products showing evidence of opening, resealing, alteration, or tampering are not eligible for return or refund.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive an item that is:

Damaged during transit

Defective

Incorrectly shipped
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at admin@capitalcollectiverse.in.
To help us investigate and resolve the issue efficiently, customers may be asked to provide clear photographs and/or an unboxing video showing the condition of the package and contents upon arrival.
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or compensation.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

6. Pre-Orders
Pre-order reservations and pre-order purchases are generally non-refundable.
In the event that Aspyra Ecommerce LLP is unable to fulfill a pre-order, customers will receive a full refund for the unfulfilled portion of the order.
Any exceptions will be clearly stated on the relevant product page.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges.
If an item qualifies for return under this policy, customers may return the eligible item and place a new order separately.
8. Refund Process
Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
