Capital Collectiverse is a trading brand owned and operated by Aspyra Ecommerce LLP. We are committed to delivering your collectibles safely, securely, and as quickly as possible.

Please review the following Shipping Policy before placing an order.


1. Order Processing

Ready-stock orders are typically processed and packed within:

  • 2–3 business days under normal operating conditions.

  • 5–7 business days during high-volume periods, major product launches, promotional events, holidays, or special releases.

Processing begins only after successful payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed, packed, or dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.


2. Delivery Timelines (India)

Once dispatched, estimated delivery timelines are:

  • 3–5 business days for Metro and Tier 1 cities.

  • 5–7 business days for Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.

  • 7–10 business days for remote, rural, or Out of Delivery Area (ODA) locations.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, local restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control.


3. Courier Partners

Orders may be shipped through one or more trusted logistics partners, including:

  • Delhivery

  • Blue Dart

  • DTDC

  • Ecom Express

  • Other courier partners as required

The courier used for a particular shipment will depend on serviceability, delivery speed, and operational requirements.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated automatically during checkout based on factors including:

  • Package weight

  • Package dimensions

  • Delivery destination

  • Applicable promotional offers

From time to time, Capital Collectiverse may offer free shipping promotions or shipping discounts at its sole discretion.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address and/or mobile number provided during checkout.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after courier pickup.

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress using the tracking information provided.


6. Packaging Standards

We take extensive care when packing collectible products.

Depending on the product type, orders may be packaged using:

  • Bubble wrap

  • Protective sleeves

  • Void-fill protection

  • Reinforced corrugated boxes

  • Hard mailers

  • Tamper-evident packaging materials

Sealed products are never intentionally opened, searched, or resealed by Capital Collectiverse.


7. Pre-Orders

Pre-order products are shipped only after inventory is received and processed.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that:

  • Release dates may change.

  • Supplier allocations may be adjusted.

  • International logistics may impact arrival schedules.

  • Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may be shipped together once all items become available.

Customers requiring separate shipments should contact us before dispatch. Additional shipping charges may apply.


8. Incorrect Addresses & Failed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details are accurate and complete at the time of purchase.

If a shipment is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address information

  • Incomplete address information

  • Customer unavailability

  • Repeated delivery failures

  • Refusal to accept delivery

Additional shipping charges may be required before the order can be re-dispatched.


9. Damaged, Lost, or Tampered Shipments

Please inspect all deliveries immediately upon receipt.

If a shipment appears:

  • Tampered with

  • Physically damaged

  • Incomplete

  • Incorrectly delivered

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at admin@capitalcollectiverse.in.

To assist with courier investigations and insurance claims, customers may be asked to provide:

  • Clear photographs of the package

  • Photographs of damaged contents

  • An uninterrupted unboxing video where available

Failure to report shipping-related issues within the stated timeframe may affect our ability to assist with claims.


10. International Shipping

At present, Capital Collectiverse primarily serves customers within India.

If international shipping becomes available, additional shipping terms, customs requirements, and import duty information may apply.


11. Imported & International Products

Some products sold by Capital Collectiverse are sourced internationally, including from Japan and other global markets.

As a result:

  • Manufacturer packaging may differ from Indian retail packaging.

  • Customs inspections may occasionally occur.

  • Minor wear to outer packaging resulting from international transportation may occur.

Minor cosmetic imperfections to external packaging that do not affect the product itself shall not be considered shipping damage.


12. Delays Beyond Our Control

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Customs inspections

  • Labour disruptions

  • Courier network issues

  • Other force majeure events

Capital Collectiverse shall not be held liable for delays arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
